I was so, so desperate, could try anything to stop the itch, it was so intense, that all I wanted to do is use a knife and peel it out!!! My nurse friend told me to use methylated spirit... it was cooling and quench it down for may be one to 2 hours and then it came back like a fire.
My specialist thinks I am allergic to some food, and ask me to stop eat all the high histamine foods...like tomatoes, alcohol, dairy, chocolates, seafoods and nuts...
I send my blood serum for test to a lab in Germany for more precise food intolerance test. They send back a report in 10 days.
I had 16 food intolerance. The minute I spot consuming eggs, the blisters stop, but the itch continues for another 3 weeks. During this whole time, I kept taking high doses of antihistermine. Finally, the rash, plagues and cracks begins to heal and now I have now started to have baby smooth skin on my body. Still alot of ugly scares and bits of scally skin left on my previous psorasis patch on my feet, but nothing serious, clearing up nicely and beautifully. I have been off the eggs for10 weeks now, I sleep like a baby for the last 6 weeks. I didn't know the protein in the egg, esp the whites, can cause so much damage. Took me 16 years to find out. wish I had knew sooner. Why these docs can't dignose it???? I live through 16 years of living hell with psoraisis. It is such a debilitating disease. I feel so sorry for you. I know how you fee.
Yes, staying calm helps. Have a Salt bath to relax. Find out your food intolerance and stay away from it. Be persistent.
And besides that, identify your food allergies by doing a allergy blood testing.
