I have had this happen and it actually just happened again yesterday. I've been religiously putting my ointment on the bad areas and they've been clearing up very well. However in the morning I noticed that I had 3 small spots beginning on my forearm. Immediately I put the medicine on them and did so today as well and they are pretty much gone already. I think the earlier you catch it the easier it is to treat. The trick is that you just have to keep an eye on your whole body to watch for outbreaks. Good luck! I see the same thing happen with me. I will pay more attention to certain areas and make sure they get gooped, then another area will start to get worse. It can be really frusterating, but it is comforting to know that you are not alone. Since I got on this website, I have been talking more about P at work. I have met quiet a few people who have it, and even more whose husbands or wives, etc have it. It's not well known, but it's out there...everywhere we go.

yeah certain body parts can clear up while others get worse my face is all cleared up not and its just faint marks where as my neck behind my ears and my body is getting worse!!!
if i can give u one piece of advice it would b 2 wash in table salt just ordinary salt that u cook in.put some in your bath And ull find it helps i little.

My heart goes out to the "victims" of psoriasis. I have had this disease for 20+ yrs. In the last 15 it progressed out of control. I am now permantly disabled as I have severe psoriasis over 95% of my body and suffer from severe psoriatic arthritis. I have seen a specialist in seattle for the last 12 yrs who is also a professor for the University of Washington.
