after I detoxed off all my heavy meds and the dermatologist meds (the dermatologist said it was smoking haha I quit for 2 months and then cheated and it still didn't go away) but suddenly cleared up when I went off all the medications especially the pain meds and dermatologists meds within 2 weeks.
Not saying this is your cause but after that I saw on the major news that dermatologists and acne medicine from the stores actually make you have more acne so that you keep going back and taking all of their treatments and acne meds from the stores. I'm very very pale skinned and I used to wear foundation and I have gotten so lazy and so sick I can't and now my face is cleared up and does not have any acne anymore. it could be from all the meds I was on or it could be just stopping the moisturizer, acne medicine and foundation I was wearing.
Good luck to you in your journey hope you find some relief soon.
There is also a gene mutation that can wreck havoc. Anxiety, depression, migraines, arthritis, psoriasis, IBS and other problems. It's called the MTHFR gene mutation. Your doctor can test it and it shouldn't be too expensive. If they won't, you can get it done through 23andme for $99.
If that's what's going on, you'd completely cut out folic acid and take methylized folate. Folic acid is easy to avoid - watch your vitamins, don't eat "enriched & fortified" stuff like flour, cereal, bread and baked goods.
I hope you find answers that work for you.
Vitd3 ( I take a lot of this 14,000 mg per day), fish oil, multivitamin, probiotic, vinegar water, lemon water and eliminating or limiting the foods you listed has helped, but I had to stick to it for over 3 months until I saw results. It almost completely went away, but I find if I cheat it starts to come back.
I think everybody's body is different and will react different. It seems like we each have to find what works for us best. My dermatologist was only making it worse so I stopped dealing with them and went natural. Vinegar baths help the symptoms, as does aloe Vera and Vaseline for moisturizers. Wishing you swift healing.
