The reality is though there is no known cure for it.
My advise is be diligent and keep a food diary, some foods which u think is least harmless, can be quite toxic. So be watchful. There are many other alternative foods available that you can still enjoy.

Your cure may be good for some. But many of us have full body psoriasis, not a pimple or two. Using a cotton swab indicates you don't really know what psoriasis is. I know you mean well but we need a bigger swab. If you can get my drift or grit or shit.

It is good remission for "P" as well as very good stress release medicine. I was frustrated with this "P" for past 10 years.
But this yoga has given hope for me to live. I am not even taking any medicine now.
What has worked super well for me is a Vitamin D3 cream that I apply to the rash every single day. Even if it's not bad. When it's completely gone I stop, but at the first sign I start again. I was using xymogen but they stopped making it. I'm trying one I got on Amazon recently and it seems to be working too.
I also have the clobetisol if I have a particularly bad go of it. Try not to use it more than 1 or two days in a row though.
