The good news is that it begins to work very quickly for me! When I began using it this past June, I had a patch of crusty pustular psoriasis covering a 4x6\" patch on the inside angle of my elbow that looked like a lot of the skin had been abraded off. Within a week of daily application, it had healed to look like fresh skin healing over a wound, and four months out it\'s almost the same texture as unaffected skin, just paler than the surrounding unaffected area.
