Ok fellow Psoriatic arthritis friends, where do you feel is better to give the shot at? Also, do you give it to yourself, or do you have someone administer it? I hate these shots, they hurt, but wondering if they would hurt less if I do it, and if I did it in a different place. Thanks!!!

I give it to myself in my leg/thigh. I think it hurts less if you take it out of the fridge and immediately give yourself the shot. Something about it being cold is better.

my doctor wants me to give this product a try for chronic plaque P.. does it seem effective?

I was on biologics for almost ten years. For me, the abdomen always hurt less. Also, sometimes I used to bruise if I did the shot on my thigh. And I always did my own shots. Hope this helps.

me too, biologics 12 yrs now, i like the side of
abdomen, more fat there, and i bruised on the tops of thigh or off to a side, seemed the skin was thinner, and veins there

I have always had mine in my tummy and I do it myself. A few weeks ago, I tried it in my thigh... OUCH!!!!!! It bought tears to my eyes!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!! Mine hurts for up to a minute after i have had it and I get a reaction at the site for a few days. Like a big mosquito bite and is itchy. I don't like it...but I don't like pain more :(
