I put a prescription Cormax (clobetasol) Soln 0.05% on in the morning right before I walk out the door. It's like a saline solution. It's not sticky, or anything.
Then I put OTC (you can get it at Walgreens) Dermarest Psoriasis skin treatment on a couple of times a day, then when I get home from work I put the Cormax (clobetasol) Soln 0.05% on again then right before I go to bed I put the virgin coconut oil on, yes it's greasy....but it works.
