I get it in my eyebrows pretty bad, but a normally apply some Vaseline/Petroleum Jelly before bedtime & by morning t loos much better an the flakes fall right off.

I get it on the tip of my nose (rudolf lol) and my eyebrows - and like MCkbc I also use vaseline at night which works..

If I'm out I use babyoil which works as well.

I have it on my face also. Specifically my forehead, cheeks and jawline. It sucks!! I recently did some research because I wanted to try and find a more natural way to try and get rid of the flaking and redness. Go to Cleopatra's Choice (Adovia skin care)and check out their products. I live in Hawaii and I'm lucky that it's sunny most of the time. Whenever I soak in the beach water, my face clears up because of the salt. Salt and sun are good for my psoriasis. I only have it on my face so it's hard to experiment with a lot of things because not only is it sensitive, I HATE seeing the redness. Well, I can't go to the beach every day, so buying their products, hopefully will help. I've had these products for 3 days now and I love the salt scrub. It leaves my face smooth. Some of the redness has disappeared, but not all. You can check it out and read the testimonies before even wanting to buy. Hope this helps

Yes I also get it on both cheeks - I think all you can do is keep it well moisturised and don't itch it - !! Easier said than done !

Adding to this FACE topic.....

I don't mind using the Vaseline or Baby Oil type products as an overnight quick fix...but I would love to know if anyone using a daily moisturizer that doesn't leave a slick greasy oily type feel on your skin. I have always hated greasy type product's that is always recommended for Psoriasis, so it has always been extremely hard for me to find products that I don't mind using.

I currently use Jergens Moisturizer as an all over body moisturizer after showering, but even the Jergens makes my face feel slick and greasy.

Any suggestions that may not leave me slick, yet moisturized and NOT clog pores to cause any more problems....

Thanks all for your comments, I have just finished speaking to my Dr who has suggested I see a Consultant Dermatologist...In the meantime he's prescribed:

Elocon Scalp lotaion, Tacrolimus for face...? Not sure about that....
E45 emolliant, Balneum for bath, Dermamist for body as it's a spay moisturiser...In Uk very hard to get a Dr appointment so when an emercency comes up we leave a message for the Dr to call back and discuss...

If anybody has used any of the products above please let me know the outcome as I'm worried they will burn....! if you know what I mean..........

Hi, I use scalp solution on my face and I have good results, it desapears completely in 1 or 2 days. I hope it works for you too.

The redness has gone from face, it was an allergie to some thing I came in contact with, My Dr prescribed Hayleve tablets and in 4 days of taking all gone so wasn't psoriasis at the end....

What a reliefe, i'm not sure I would have coped with psoriasis on forehead as well as scalp....

I use a sensitive skin moisturiser by Biore on my face..it's the only moisturiser I've ever used that isn't greasy, doesn't block my pores, and keeps the psoriasis on my face moisturised and barely visible..without making it flare up a day or two later.

Mckbc, I swear by French thermal water based brands- La Roche Posay or Avene. I'm addicted to La Roche Pasay daily moisturiser called Rosaliac, but you could try another product, that suits you more- they are all pretty amazing. Avene facial scrub and the water spray are good as well. They keep me sane;). Good luck!

Ups, forgot about a brand called Vichy! Their 3-in-1 cleanser is a saviour and they are more available than the other two.

i get it on my face too vin. i usually use vaseline once i get out of the shower and let it soak in for a minute of two and then put benadryl itching cream on it. it works!

Thanks for the tips, much appreciated, I notices on my lower cheek a spot that has been growing, it was tiny....I have a consultant appointment today and will get it checked out as it doesn't look like psoriasis....!

Hi met with consultant and had a look at the spot I had and said it was a wart so he suggested freezing the area which he did, so soon it should heal and dissapear...

For my psoriasis he suggested the ultra light treatment, I had it done a couple of years back and it was successful so going to give it another try...not sure about the face, has anybody had Ultra light on the face exposure? please let me know if it's pleaseant or it burns you?
