So glad that it helps you though. :) I'm actually starting it next week so hopefully I'll have similar results.
My RX was this:
25mg at night for 1 week.
25mg at morning and night for 1 week.
50mg at morning and night from then on.
Worked like a charm. No issues whatsoever!
:)
Anyway, I have to drink at least 80 oz per day, or the pins & needles in my hands & feet are unbearable, but I always go over because of the dry mouth! Of course, I'm in the process of cutting back from 150 mg twice a day to 100 mg twice a day... Big difference! If I go below 200 mg/day, the headaches become unbearable!
Keep up with lots & lots of water! I don't drink soda, but do sneak the occasional coffee. I also drink Zija twice a day. Yes, I know it's multi level marketing, but I do think there are nutritional benefits because I have NO cravings for sweets & have lost around 10 lbs in about a month. So, I'll try it another month!
Good luck, keep us posted!
(hugs!)

It does not really matter what I drink, I am ALWAYS thirsty! lol. It's driving me a little bit nuts. :(
Most days I feel like I've been gargling sand. :/
Seriously, though, do check out Zija. I don't sell it, I promise! But it is helping me with cravings and on days when I don't feel like eating, I st least feel like I'm getting SOME nutrition...
