Don't beat yourself up for wanting to lie down! Try to recline... Prop your head up on several pillows. Try to drink some tea. Be good to yourself, and don't stress becayse that will just make it worse! Believe me... I've had a single, unrelenting headache since October. I'm what you'd call a professional, I guess. :-P
