I will put her my daily prayers. Cath.
On top of it all, I've been asked to quit my job by my employer, had a lengthy conversation with her today and she basically told me that if I ddn't quit (due to my health, and being unable to work) then I would eventually be terminated.
I haven't been able to work this week because the pain is so severe. I'm so discouraged. I feel as if everything is fall apart. Please keep me in your prayers.
I know that youhad a shunt revision done not so long ago but it doesnt sould like it resolved the problem.
When was the last time you saw your nuero? Or the Optht?
Its a sure sign your pressure is up if you are seeing fireworks and getting graying.Did you have or still have paps?
I would call one of the two drs and get seen fast. No one should have to suffer this kind of pain and misery.
Are you taking any pain meds? Do they help at all?
I think as well, you are worn out from the pain and are lossing your courage a bit. This is all normal, unfortunatley, but you have to get up and go see the dr. I know that hopeless feeling, that stops you from going to the dr. You think, I cant do this any more.
But, trust me, you will feel so much better even just to give the problem back to the dr. And, who knows? Maybe this time, they will have an answer for you.
I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. Cath.
They want you to quit so they don't have to pay unemployment to the state. I have already made the decision that they will have to fire me. Then I can collect unemployment. I have worked since I was 15 years old. I am now 38. I have worked hard to advance in my current job, but I'm not walking away. I've worked hard for my benefits and I will not let them take the easy way out and quit. That's what they want.
Good luck.
I have only been at this job since October and didn't earn enough to file UC so today I quit my job. I don't have much fight left in me. I've been though so much (as I know you guys understand).
Cath-I'm scheduled to see my neuro-opth next Wednesday, can't see my neurologist until Jan. 27th. My neurosurgeon won't see me until I've seen both of these guys.
I am taking a low dose of Norco, which doesn't really help-kinda helps me rest past the pain.
I am so...beyond. I despise what this disease has done to control me life, it has taken my jobs (twice), my health, time, peace, so much...
May God give you strength Tiffany!
Cory
Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. While it might feel like everything is crashing down right now (and in some ways, it is- there is no denying it) IT WILL GET BETTER!
I hope your docs can get you on a smoother path. I know that the lower level norco does nothing for me. I am currently on about 6 of the 10/325s and some tramadol daily. It does not clear it all, but it does allow me to function and not get too cloudy- which I need. I have to be able to think. I take more of the Norco (some of the 6 at night to knock me out to start sleep). This long wind bag explaination is to day- don't give up on the norco- it can help.
All my best wishes to you- please know that people do care! thoughts and prayers for you
