Unfortunatly there r only a handful of us left on this board, not so long ago you would have had several comments in a short amount of time. Anyways i amongst others here are no doctor, we can only share our experiences and knowledge we've gained on our journey. I have staed this many times, IH is an issue dealing with our brain/spine well being. Anytime you have an issue that messes up the brain balance you are suseptible to othr neurological issues. I have which im positive others here have also but have not been diagnosed is POTS, or aka dysautonomia. Dr.s dont know what causes it, it does not happen all the time, sometimes it feels like it is always present, the process go like this. When sitting or lying down the symptoms are not there. Stand up the feeling or syptoms may include passing out or nearly passing out, intense head pressure, racing heart, pulsations in radom body parts, visual issues, tingling, pins and needles. The issue is that ehen going to a sitting from laying, standing from sitting, or bending causes our body to adjust blood pressure, the passing out feeling is a physical dropping of your blood pressure, and your heart speeds up to get the pressure back up. The pain in back of the head is normal with this issue i juzt explained, here is why. I among some others here have had high pressure in our head for a long time, in my case the high pressure herniated my cerebellum out of my skull, others here have high pressure because they have Arnold Chiari Malformation where the theory is they were born with the cerebral herniation. Realize this in any of these circumstances this area of our body was made to have a normal pressure, normal flow of fluid and at the foraman magnum the space is extremely small so any variance of normal your gonna feel it. You have brain matter, blood vessels, nerves, and the whole spinal/brain connection in the back of your head, highly sensitive area. I hope this helped.

Ps
I always suggest to members with the passing out sensations to invest in a jounal and BP monitor, keep it on when symptomatic, take bp laying, sitting, then take it when these symptoms come when you stand. Keep taking it until the feeling passes, dont sit down, it will pass. Journal all of this, if u notice your bp drops, and you heartrate increases when your standing and have the sick feelings, there is treatment.

But that sounds definitely like you need to call your Dr. and be seen right away and they'll likely order a vascular type of study on your head such as a cranial MRA.
The indication being that it seems possible that it, "it" as in I mean considering your other posting about balance as well as this one, could be a cerebral venous sinus thrombosis...your symptoms don't necessarily have a textbook for that, but however, you are on a medication that could/should prevent some of the symptoms.
In any case, call your Dr. or visit the walk in clinic right away...just say "stroke like symptoms" that will get them moving.
