Didn't at any time.u think it wasn't going.to happen? How did u let ur guards down for the possibility of being hurt again? The possibilty of losing another child?

It hasn't even been 24 hrs and I have went through so many emotions. Anger, pain, , confusion, misunderstanding. There are so many people who are undeserving of a child. Yet they copulate like roaches and ppl who are good ppl can't??

I just got lab work in yesterday saying everything was fine! Everything was normal! I just don't understand. I am/ was 10 wks now. Half way in findi.g out body or girl. Didn't even know if it was so. Or daughter

That's one of the things I was fixed on ....how some women can abuse drugs , etc and still go on to have healthy babies. It's not fair and maybe we will never know the reason but you did the best you could and it wasn't your fault.

My last two children were scary after having so many miscarriages but my doctor put me on Progesterone through the first trimester and a baby aspirin every day. Sometimes if women have too little progesterone they can be prone to miscarriages because before your period , progesterone drops and that signals the uterine lining to shed . I needed a little extra to keep it going apparently...hope that makes sense . Also , sometimes miscarriages can be caused by certain undetectable clotting issues so the baby aspirin has helped some women. My doc also monitored my Hcg levels every few days to make sure they were going up as they should letting us know that the pregnancies were progressing well . Take heart ...get healthy and when you are ready try again. There are statistics but it doesnt make it any easier ...many many women miscarry for no reason at all and go on to have healthy babies.

btw....you were really on the cusp of being able to tell the gender....probably not without CVS( chorionic villious sampling ?? i think ) testing. It wouldnt have been apparent yet on an ultrasound.

I have a question. Again this is just wishfull thinking. Is it possible that a heart beat wasn't heard because of the baby's positioning? I'm really hoping for that. Has anyone heard of any cases like that?

Sure it's possible ...

I was hoping so. We will see Tuesday. I'm sure this isn't the case but hopefully the slim odds are in my favor. I hope so!!! I am prepared for no growth since I've already been told the worst news possible. So it can't get any worse now. Just better from.here. wether that better will be Tuesday or my next try. I will let everyone know Tuesday. Thank everyone for all thoughts, prayers, comments, and support. I am sorry to hear u have also have had miscarriages but its nice to hear you have also went on to have full families

I'm heartbroken for you. I too would want another confirmation and I am sure they understand, do whatever you must. I hope your heart and body heal quickly.
