I have mixed feelings about barfing. It makes my stomach feel better, my head feel much worse. Doesn't matter how I feel - it can't be controlled anyway, which is miserable. I hope that settles down for you FAST.
I used to nap at work. We got an hour for lunch. I'd park my car in an out of the way place, put back my seat, set my cell phone alarm, and take a nap. Even 20 minutes helped. But if a coworker or boss saw this they'd think the worst. Not good for one's work reputation.

I went back to doctor and everything for my pregnancy is going great. I go back for another ultra sound in a month. AND THEN I will be out of this first trimester. Thank goodness it is wearing me out!!!
