I think you will find, like a lot of us, that exercise is not compatible with IIH.
I use to do the circuit gym, and loved it but cant do any of it now. I get very nauseated and fall over with exercise now.
I do like to swim still and can. But! No diving if you have a shunt. (I knocked myself out doing a dive last year!)
You will get better at listening to your body, telling you what you can and cant do anymore. Sorry!
But you could find something else that suits you,like, swimming or walking. Its all trial and error for us now.Cath.
