Hi ladies!
I'm at work and.completely bored.... the pregnancy is going along fine so far with no complications. However my headaches are increasing. Along with ear pain, visual issues and oddly I have noticed bloody mucous when I blow my joss. Not just sometimes but everytime..there isn't really a lot of blood but its definetly there! Idk?? I have my first pre- natal appointment on? March 8th!!! And, which I know is not good for my IH I have gained weight.
Anyone have prego advice??
And how is everyone doing?? I'm just bored. Need someone to talk to lol. Health and happiness to all!!!

First off... Normal is nothing but a setting on your drier! Do you happen to have sinus problems? That would be my first suspicion. Are you seeing a high risk OB/GYN? Just curious if ut would be required with PTC. Try not to worry too much, or it'll be a loooong 49 weeks, my friend!

I highly recommend a sinus rinse treatment with the squeeze bottle type.
After battling continuous sinus trouble for more than two decades I can honestly say I wish I'd known about this little invention sooner.
Taking the drugs and the nasal spray with no actual way of physically removing the junk is like spraying soapy water on your dirty car and never rinsing it.
You'd think that blowing your nose is good enough but you have to keep doing it over and over...use the sinus rinse and see what comes out of your face you'd be shocked how much junk can be in there.
