I have managed to break two good teeth in half from all the gritting, I don't grind, and you try doing it to yourself. Feel the pull in your jaw? Now do that for ,lets say 6 hours of sleep and you can imagine the pain.
The rest is from the pressure, pressing down on your brain, which puts pressure on your jaw and round and round we go.
My dentist recommended a night brace which makes a huge difference ( when I remember to put it in!) also, during the day, in private mind, let your mouth hang open when ever you think of it. That helps me to.
The rest is down to the stupid pressure and I really don't know what would help here except Diomax. Cath

My theory about the jaw, ear, eye, and facial pain I get when I have pressure headaches is from compression of the cranial nerves, I mean pressure headaches are proven to cause 6th nerve palsy, so shoot, if increased ICP can press on your cranial nerves enough to cause a lazy eye, they can certinally press on them enough to cause irritation and pain!
