The note from my doctor was faxed to HR... I spoke with my director and he acted as tho he was in a bind. He said it would be difficult to accomidate me as he has to treat all employees the same, pregnant vs non pregnant. And he is 100% correct. He has to treat me just as he would a non pregnant person with temporary disability. He compared resonably accomidating me to doing so with someone who has had a hurt foot...
any ways. HR told me that if I have a 15 pound weight restricton then i can no longer perform my job duties. That was there means of termination. I can no longer perform my job duties. I ahve not signed anything yet. I was woken up with this phone call today alittle after 4pm. I ahve contacted an attourneys office, still waiting to hear back from them. :(
If i were to switch to either first or second chift then I would be able to perform every and all jjob duties and If i am able tohey must permit me to work. But because my job description states that i must be able to life 75 lbs... I am fired bc i have a weight restriction.

Security and Soft Count dept work the drop. Soft count seems to think its their drop and they are in charge. and the supervisor/manager of that department is best buds with my super. She is a cntroling bitch. anyways. if she is not happy with the way i am doing it she will tel my boss she doesnt want me doing it any more and my boss will listen to her
