I don't know if anyone else has noticed this, and I wouldn't have without the help of some earrings.
I've been cleaning out some old jewelry and found a pair of "mood earrings," the ones that change color based on body temperature. Well, just to be goofy I put them in and after first checking to see what color they would turn (they were black when on the paper), I just left them in. After a couple of days I noticed they were different colors - green and reddish not just a different shade. This continued whenever I looked. Thinking this was odd I flipped them, to see if one was messed up and wouldn't change. After awhile I noticed the same thing. The left ear again turned green an the right reddish.
Now heresy why I find this interesting, in the last MRI in particular, it was noticed a difference in blood vessels and such on the right side of my brain. The majority of my symptoms are more severe on my right side. Does this sound as if there could be a correlation maybe? Or has anyone else noticed something like this?

I would show this to your neuro. not that they will assess it properly but there's always hope. it sounds like you have more blood flow on one side than the other. isn't green/blue an indication of a higher temperature than the red? it's a pretty marked difference if it would show up on the mood earrings.
we have had many discussions on this board about one sided symptoms, you can search back for them. it is very common for most of us to have symptoms worse on one side, headaches, vision, all sorts.
However to add on an interesting tidbit that we havent really gone into, i have a inner ear thermal scan thermometer. its medical grade and for me each side can commonly vary by half a degree (using it correctly, making sure it is seated fully and the ear is clean etc). to be consistent when i want a normal temp reading i always take my temp from the same ear....
i have only started comparing different sides this since i had IIH. so your mood rings are right (they are basic thermometers) you may well have a temp difference one side to the other and that probably does correlate to your one sided symptoms.
