If you are trying to manage your sodium intake or if you are just dieting in general, and have a smart phone I found a great APP called Sodium 1. You can put your goals in there as far as sodium intake and will track your progress throughout the day. You can also track calories on this, your water intake and exercise. One of the great features as well is a list of common foods and restaurants and the sodium items for their menu items. It's really handy. Just thought I'd share.
