Now, only positive thoughts! You have made a huge decision to have this done. You are taking back some control of your life and only good will come from this.
Recovery, is a bit strange. You think it will be your head will be the problem but 9 times out of 10, its the stomach site that hurts.
Be gentle and patient with yourself. Give your body some time to heal.
