i do not drive because of this either. The first day I thought i felt good I drove and ended up with a speed ticket. I thought I was only doing maybe 5 over but in reality it was 15 over.

have to drive to get to work! just not at night... never at night! can't see in the dark and the halos from the lights are blinding.

I can't legally drive for a few months because of seizures. But even without the seizures I don't think it would be a good idea for me to drive. I'm dizzy, my neck is so stiff it's hard to look behind me to back up or change lanes, my eyes are blurry and they hurt (especially in bright sun), and my depth perception is TERRIBLE. I can't park a car to save my life, and when it's a tight squeeze on a driveway, etc. I end up hitting something. Not good.

Amy- try the polarized sunglasses at night. They take away the halos.

I am not driving anymore. I have blacked out times in the past 5 days, yes I went to the ER. Too scared/nervous these days to drive!

I stopped driving years ago, a long time before I was diagnosed. I just felt I could have killed some one , my vision was so blurry
At my last vist with my Opht h, he said i could drive with my left eye but not my right. I think he was trying to be funny. Cath
