Did anyone watch yesterdays show about the topamax plus something else for weight loss? What do you think?

I didn't watch it but i did see the preview of it and was wondering what it was about... but why would they be handing out topamax just for weight loss? i mean if here is other causes go for it but ... idk

I ordered raspberry ketones as per Dr. Oz's recommendation...check out the video online.

I am not sure topamax for weight loss only is good, since it does carry some side effects...I wonder what they are pairing it with.

I guess if someone has SO much to lose, there are more complications with obesity than with the medication. Who knows?

Eek! I didn't see that. It's always a little scary when drugs are used in ways they weren't intended to be used. My son just recently got off of Topamax. Although the side effects aren't as bad as Diamox, they were still pretty bad.

My bariatric doctor said that they use it off label to help with weight loss. The guy on dr oz said whatever they paired with topamax it canceled out the side effects and it seems people weren't having side effects

What? I'd do almost anything to avoid Topomax brain! Why would anyone WILLINGLY subject their body to Topomax if they didnt HAVE to? My neuro says I've had every single side effect it's possible to have from it... People who haven't been through something like we have just can't know what it's like. I used to take my good health for granted, too, until it was gone. :-(

I am wondering if phentermine actually cancels out side effects of topomax? That would make my life so much easier!
