I'm really sorry if this comes across depressing or whatever but I just don't really know what to do because I just don't know how I can keep living like this. I have a therapist and I'm on meds but at what point do I just give up? I feel like staying alive just so I don't hurt others is so unfair because no one understands how much this hurts :'( .I have a new therapist and I've told her how bad I feel and like I don't know what i expect her to do but I don't know its just that everyone says it will get better but it really doesn't and people tell me to exercise because it will help but no one gets how I physically can't make myself do that because I just don't have the motivation or see the point.. My pressure has been suddenly higher for the last week or so which is making all this stuff harder to deal with... so anyway the point of this was to ask how would you help yourself if you felt like this? or what do you do to cheer yourself up?
Has anyone had experience of this, or like antidepressants helping with this sort of thing? My old bad therapist told me that antidepressants wouldn't help this (which just boggles me to be honest) so I'm a little confused when my new therapist and my GP say otherwise...
