Now on the dizziness. I get dizzy all the time. I even pass out occasionally. I have the worst problems when my pressure is high. Since you just had a baby, are you breast feeding? I ask because I worry that you may be dehydrated. I also had a lot of dizziness issues after I had my daughter. I breast fed and she ate all the time! Even if you are using formula, just remember to make sure that you are getting enough to east and drink. It's so easy to get caught up in taking care of babies that we forget to take care of ourselves.
I think that it very well could be IH. Your body has been through an incredible stressor and there is still no rest for you yet. However, your Neuro could be right too. In the end you are the best judge of your body and you know what your other IH symptoms feel like.
Hugs to you and your little one.

I don't have any helpful advice to offer, but I'll send prayers for you and your family that you feel better and this doesn't turn out to be MS. So glad you checked in, and I hope you feel better very soon!
