I am officially on diamox. I saw a real neuro today and It was amazing. Hes a bit quirky but amazing! He checked me out for at least 20-30 minutes! I am on 250 twice a day so we will see how that goes. I have a mra and mrv on friday morning just to make sure because I should have had one of those already but hes fairly certain its not a blockage just IIH

Ok, now , be prepared for the side effects of Diamox.
Some people do just fine on it and hopefully you will be one of them, but in case...
It makes your toes and fingers tingle like they have fallen asleep, pins and needles.
You might get diarrhea.
You will feel very tired as your body gets use to it.
I think quick naps are great to get the energy levels back up.
This all takes about 6-8 weeks, getting easier as you go on.
Try to be patience with it, I think it should help your vision problems big time.
