I have found that plenty of rest helps more than anything else for migraines, Bure truly an medication 3 x per week and pain medication also 3 c per week, I stagger these so that I am almost covered for an entire week and remain within my limit of medication (to prevent rebound headaches).
I sometimes have to rest several times a day in order to get things done. And find it better to do a tiny amount than nothing at all.
