I'm going for a second opinion at the Swedish Pituitary Center in Seattle WA. The real question is every since I was 17 I've been having bouts of panic/anxiety attacks and just not feeling right mentally for the last 17yrs. MRI/CT scan > 8mm secreting pituitary tumor, but like stated I'm going to Swedish for a second opinion. My Endo is going to prescribe me Cabergoline which seems like the standard. I am 35 and male and was wondering has anybody been hit with some of the same symptoms like panic/anxiety not feeling right mentally and all of the whacky sensation of have a 8mm microadenoma, which I guess that causes hypogonadism.
Anxiety, paranoia, depression, anger...all can be felt.

It's going to take some self-work or Psychotherapy to help you along. There is not likely to be a single thing that's going to "cure" you and I...it takes a lot of things along the way.
