I was wondering something, Has anyone had sudden allergy problems after being on Cabergoline? Ever since I began taking the medication I noticed that I developed somewhat of a sudden allergic reaction to certain things. Two weeks ago I woke up with a swollen eye and forehead. I am not allergic to the medication, nor have I ever been allergic to anything in my life. I noticed that dust gives me hives and rashes, and so does my puppy.
I am really concerned because i have had dogs all my life and i have never had a problem with them. now I can't even carry my puppy without breaking out in a disgusting and itchy rash.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
With swollen nasal passages, it would be easy to seem as though you have an allergy to something else....when, more than likely, it's just your body responding to this drug.
A "scratch test" by an allergist may tell you more.
I hope you find a way to work things out...
I noticed my stomach was upset after most meals and I switched to a raw diet, including rare meats and raw cheeses, and my life was much easier. I first started on frozen fruit and spinach smoothies and they felt good so I added more raw foods till I'm about 75% raw food now. I originally tried it because raw is supposed to be the easiest diet on the body and naturally reduce inflammation.

@Orangejuice, I am going to look into the raw food diet. This might actually work out for me.
