I am taking cabcrgoline 0.25mg once per week and I get a foggy head and headaches on the meds. The best thing for me is to sleep, but this is not always easy to do with work etc. If I am at work then I use a herbal headache remedy called migrastick (not sure if that is spelt correctly). This is for migraines and it consists of lavender and peppermint, which you rub on your forehead. It seems to do the trick for me as it soothes and cools my head. I live in the UK, so it depends if you can get hold of it.

I know that migrastick is available in the US, I work at a health food store and we carry it. I would check Wholefoods by you or a healthfood store, not sure where you're located, but should be available nationwide. =)
