I've been taking bromo since January. In general, most side effects are at a minimal now. However, time to time I'll experience something. Most recently is very foggy head feeling. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to manage/prevent the foggy head? I just started a new job and fear that it's affecting my ability to learn plus I recently have had difficulty keeping focus while driving on 2 occurrences. There have been no changes in medication, diet, etc. I do struggle with fall allergies
I am taking cabcrgoline 0.25mg once per week and I get a foggy head and headaches on the meds. The best thing for me is to sleep, but this is not always easy to do with work etc. If I am at work then I use a herbal headache remedy called migrastick (not sure if that is spelt correctly). This is for migraines and it consists of lavender and peppermint, which you rub on your forehead. It seems to do the trick for me as it soothes and cools my head. I live in the UK, so it depends if you can get hold of it.

I know that migrastick is available in the US, I work at a health food store and we carry it. I would check Wholefoods by you or a healthfood store, not sure where you're located, but should be available nationwide. =)
