Oh, I also suffer anxiety big time, but again, turned to a natural way of helping. If you can get a recommended practitioner in your area, you may want to look into it. Good luck.
What are the natural remedies your naturopath was prescribing? My naturopath also said hes helped cure lots of people with prolacinomas using tyrosine and b6, which create dopamine. also l-dopa as well which is from fava beans. What are you on?
Ok, I am in Perth, Western Australia, so the guy I saw is Mauricio - him and his brother and esp father are very well known here (his father treated Bill Clinton when he was here and travels the world doing his thing, specialises in hormones apparently) Mauricio reckons he has treated "millions" on tumours and seemed very confident in treating this, but I guess will be proof of hormone levels and tumour shrinkage hey?
So basically he got me off sugar and alcohol (which I dont have much of anyway) and I now take one of each of these pills 3 x per day. (so 3 pills morning, noon and night).
1) Cat's Claw
2) Intrefem (which has chasteberry and Ginseng and Damiana
3) Protocel (for immune support)
The company which makes pills is called BY NATURE.
I have also been looking into Frankincense Oil. Havent much started with that except using it a little externally when I remember. Suppose to help with tumours.
The laser accupunture was for the headaches and has REALLY worked for me - mine have gone.
Im interested in anyone that is using natural alternatives but at this stage it doesnt seem like their is many. Bek
I'm on 4000mg of L-Tyrosine (an amino acid) and Vitamin B6. Take them on an empty stomach first thing when I wake up in the morning, and 15-30 min. before breakfast. I had done this regimen for a few months last summer and my prolactin came down from over 200 to 150, so a 25% reduction! I stopped the treatment because I was too stressed with school and other things and got lazy to be honest.
I have also heard of people using frankincense essential oil and rubbing it on their temples and having good results. Its more work to do natural remedies because you have to hunt down good products and stuff, but the side effects are almost nonexistent and your body will thank you. Good luck with it all, I will also keep you posted too! =)
