As one who use to use and spent some time in the hospital with kidney failure because of using, I can honestly say, it isn't worth it but it's your choice!

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers!

I have high blood pressure, but I don't want to have it!!! Guess I'll stop taking my meds because I don't want to! Makes sense, huh? If I'm fortunate enough to live until next Saturday, I'll have 8 years clean. I can't speak for you, but for me the answer is simple. I don't use for the same reason I take my prescribed meds, I DON'T WANT TO DIE!!!!! The first step was so easy for me, " We admitted we were powerless & our live were unmanagable."

For me, I would love it if it could last forever, but it doesn't. As with all things it changes, we change, the drugs change. Then we are suddenly thrown into a reality where we don't know how to cope without the drugs, and then the regrets come, and we find we need to learn to live all over again.
Perhaps we have health problems, as many developed through rises in tolerance levels and what not.
Aside from that, if you can enjoy them and it's working for you, you can keep going. But my personal view is there is a price to pay for everything. With desires, comes pain. When we experience pleasure, we will experience pain also. Nothing last forever.

    So mad at Xfinity!  They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today!  Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
