I miss the xanax so bad. Its been a year since I have taken one of those mind relief pills, mind numbing really, and althought I know I personally could never go back, how I long for some relief from the everyday pain and anxiety I feel. Whats wrong with me, I know it made me so sick but especially during the holidays this year, its all I can think about. Ive done so good and been through some crazy stuff without it this year, but the lure is almost too much, if it was in front of me, I dont know if i could resist. I feel like I smoke marijuana to take the edge of, so whats the difference.... im addicted to that probably now, ugh.

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

A Biotuner BT-7 can be had for under $200 and does essentially the same thing.
If you are on meds, you can reduce the amount you take. If not, it can supplement a part of what you need.
Sunset, you just need alot of love and support from friends and family to help you through the rough times.
Our brains are designed to heal themselves but it takes time, and that is why we need support to help us get to that point..

Maybe you could look into depression and anti anxiety meds that are not addictive. Clonazpan has a very similar "shut off the spinning thoughts" effect. It is not as habit forming. I have been taking it for years without a problem and it works really well.
Living with anxiety is hardly living. It's okay to reach out for help. Help from doctors, family, friends, NA or AA. Use whatever resources you have. I miss the vicodin, too. But when I was on vicodin I missed my LIFE!! Stay strong and get help. Things will get better.

I have recently discovered kava kava and wanted to share it with anyone who wanted a different option to help get off of alcohol. It has really helped me to quit drinking. It is a natural root found in the pacific islands mainly fiji and Hawaii. It is mother natures antianxiety drug. Better than xanax and definitely better than alcohol. And it is completely nonaddictive. But you have to make sure to buy the real thing cause there are alot of weak versions out there that don't work. I bought mine from www.shamansgarden.com it is straight from an organic kava farm in Hawaii. You can take capsule, paste or buy the powder to make the drink form yourself. I bought the past with 84%you kavalactones. That's the active ingredient. Also when you do your research you will come across some articles saying it causes liver damage. This only applied to kava that was made from the stems and leaves of the plant. You need to buy the 100%real kava root..this does not effect the liver. Hope someone tries it cause it has really helped me!!!
