Just try to stay healthy as possible. I would take a double dose of vitamins. If it say's one per day, I would take one in the morning and one at night. Brain needs all the help it can get adjusting.

It's so hard doing it alone because you really need alot of support. For me, the first few months were hell but it gradually got easier after that.

If helps some people to journal what they are going through daily.

Stay in touch with sober people and don't be afraid to ask for help/

Just thought Id share a few ideas with you, there are some "natural" supplements that seem to help with feeling good and having some energy, wheat grass for one is pretty good, as well as chia seeds and an enzyme called SOD (superoxide dismutase) ,,,these can be found in your local health food store,,,its a nice clean feeling energy ...good luck hope it helps!

    So mad at Xfinity!  They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today!  Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
