So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

Almost impossible to do it alone. If you went to your local ER right now, that would be the best place to start to get into treatment. They cannot deny treatment based on inability to pay! It is against the law!
We will keep you in our thoughts and prayers. Please keep us posted.

You can google NA meetings in your area. They are great support! They will work with you, pray for you, and give you any assistance you may need to help you out. You just need to go to one of their meetings and ask.
You may not have to leave your kids to go into treatment. Most hospitals have outpatient programs covered by insurances who prefer them to inpatient programs because they are less costly.
I was in a 3 week iop (Intensive Outpatient Program) called "Serene Program" which taught us coping skills! It helped me deal with some ptsd I was having as a result of my dad's death. Ptsd is a huge trigger and triggers are emotional problems from situations that force us to self medicate to numb the pain from them.
You would benefit greatly by attending an iop at your local hospital. It may just take a phone call to the substtance abuse dept and/or a referal from your doctor.
Good luck on your road to recovery and please keep us posted. We care!

When I was in treatment, I went through some emdr therapy which helped me tremendously! I often think back to that when I am feeling a little down in the dumps, and then I feel much better.
You have had a huge cross to bear but by sharing your story with others like you are doing here, you are allowing others to help you carry that load. That's how support works, because the worse thing you can do is to keep all that stuff inside.
There are all kinds of people willing to help so please don't be afraid to ask.
God Bless!
