Caffeine and Withdrawal. Anyone?

I quickly taped down to about 40 mg of oxycodone from about 150 mgs daily. Have had only 2 mgs of suboxone in the last four days.

Had a few sips of decaf this morning and my head started to pulse and throb. Only a few ounces of decaf. Does this sound familiar to anyone?

No it has never happened to me but I took suboxone as prescribed and did not add oxycodone to it.

I hope you are not taking both together, that is a no no according to all health professionals that I know.

Caffeine has gotten me intoxicated like marijuana for twelve hours before. Caffeine is a strong intoxicant, but if you drink it often then you gain a tolerance. Most people who drink caffeine have been addicted to it, maybe since in the womb. If you take caffeine on a day, which hasn't been on caffeine for a month, you may feel a strong buzz.
Decaf tea usually has a little bit of caffeine in it, but not enough to make you feel any buzz, as far as I'm aware.
Caffeine can actually even cause fatal adverse effects if a person has epilepsy.

Yes because even decaff has caffeine in it, just in small amounts, but enough to mess you up with trying to withdrawal. I was told a lot of water and nothing with caffeine. And also no sugar! Hugs GB

I can handle the decaff if it isn't a strong bean but definitely stay away from ALL caffeine. No chocolate, no coffee with it, no tea with it, and anything that has it. It will make your symptoms worse, your heart race, and take longer to get through this. Drink lots of water and get the kind with Electrolytes. Hugs GB

The best I could do is move from coffee and soda to tea based caffeine. I was drinking Herbalife NRG tea with guarana, but I am changing to the chai tea in the afternoon because I feel like the guarana is making me too muscular (I bike a lot).... I am used to looking curvy and squishy and can't get used to new body. Biking also helps

    So mad at Xfinity!  They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today!  Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

    check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....
