I got seriously addicted to the benzos I was on for my anxiety. It seriously screwed up my mental health so I had to get off of it. With the help of my therapist I was able to do so on July 27, 2015. I've always had cravings for them (I'm told I always will) but they seem to be really bad right now. I'm thinking about it 24/7. It's affecting pretty much everything I do. Usually when I workout I can get rid of the cravings but not lately. I basically substituted the benzo with exercise and most of the time it helps a lot. Obviously it's not helping right now. It's affected my mental health. I don't know how to handle to increase in cravings. How do others deal with the cravings?? Do they ever decrese in intensity?? Please help me!!!

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

You may have some underlying issues going on that you don't know about.
Usually, the cravings decrease in frequency over time but if that's not happening, you may need to talk to someone who knows more about it then I do. Sorry I can't be of more help. I know quitting benzo's is not easy which is why it's best to go through treatment.
Let us know how it goes.
God Bless!
