I like serenasouza's approach with the exercise. Replacing the "high" of the pill with the natural "high" of exercise. I remember I had to fight with my body to get going in the beginning but the exercise has been a big part of my recovery. Every addiction counselor will encourage you to go for a brisk walk at least once a day. It is good for your body and has a meditative affect.

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years.
