So I'm sure I'll get judged for this, and trust me I don't know I can feel Amy worse than I already do but basically, I was dealt a crappy hand from the moment I was born, actually conceived. After dealing with emotions of abandonment ptsd,, depression, physical and verbal abuse I turned to pot and other drugs. I eventually got prescribed xanax and began only using that and weed. After a year and a half of numbing out and losing all motivation to live.. I had a semi intervention, and weened off benzos. Hardest thing i've ever done. That was what I told others when they asked me if id ever take pills again.. A year and a half later, I'm experiencing extreme anxiety and depression on a level i've never felt before. Ive also tried anti depressants with no luck.. Well tonight I was over at someones house and took their klonopin. I've taken .5 mgs tonight and have 5 more. I'msick to my. Stomach knowing I'm relapsing and can't control the anxiety or pain anymore. I feel guilty and nervous about taking someones medicine who trusted me. I just need support, I know what I did and am doing is wrong, but why do I have to suffer silently. Help. Oh and I have no insurance.to see a doctor.

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

You can also get free hospital services which covers ER, testing, and free visits by doctors employed by that hospital.
Most doctors provide so many free patient visits per years, and hospitals are federally supported and are required by law to offer free services to those who cannot afford to pay.
Good Luck!
First thing is first. Every county has a mental health walk in clinic. Please find out where yours is, or you can message me and I'll help you figure out where yours is. they operate on a sliding scale fee, and you can be seen for free.. and also get meds for a reasonable price.
Person's with PTSD, often need anxitey meds, and depression meds. It may not be realistic for you to stop taking them. Its OK to take anxiety meds, as long as you are not abusing them. If you are taking them for the purposes of preventing anxiety and as prescibed, and not to get high, or escape things.. If you are abusing them.. that is another story. There are meds that cover both anxiety and depression and perhaps you need a med like that rather than a benzo.
The hardest part of this, is recognizing when we make mistakes. and trust me, no one is perfect. We all make mistakes.
