Since I quit last August, I have put on 30+ lbs.... I'm fairly active and not perfect with my diet but eat fairly decent. It's coming on so rapidly I'm getting stretch marks on my thighs and arms... I go walking at lunch, and try to pick off the healthy menu's or bring my own food. Here lately I've been so depressed because of this. Has anyone else gained alot of weight since quitting pills?? What have you done to lose the weight? I'm starting to work out at my work's gym, and I guess we'll go from there... I may see my dr though because I'm not doing anything different than I ever have & it's just packing on like crazy quick!!

So mad at Xfinity! They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today! Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...

check out that smoke ring. It tasted really good. I smothered it with Maulls BBQ sauce which is Local to St. Louis and one of the best I ever had.....

It took me about 6 months to build myself my to jogging 2 miles 5 times a week. I am down to 230 but its been a struggle. It goes on alot easier then it comes off, doesn't it?
I changed my eating habits. I try to stay away from sweets and eat mainly fruits and vegatables. I also have to stay away from salt. Salt makes you hold water and also raises blood pressure which I have a problem with. All your prepared foods and restaurant foods are loaded with salt!
I stopped eating at least 2 hours before I do to bed. The last thing I eat for the day is usually a fruit like an orange.
I cut way back on red meats and fried foods eat alot of fish and chicken.
Women have a more difficult time losing weight then men so what worked for me may not work for you, but my doctor told me to cut back on my portions and if still hungry eat a vegatable. Snack on fruits. A good sized apple is only about 40 calories and the fiber it has will keep ur system cleaned out.
But you should talk to ur doctor just the same because there may be another reason for such rapid weight gain like, God forbid, thyroid problems so you should get tested for that.
Today I ate a stir fry, 2 bananas and I cheated with a pastry. Oh yes, I also ate my last yogurt and some bluberries.
Good luck hun!
