My advice is buy what works for your twins. Preemies have issues learning to feed because they are early so don't fight it. Whichever bottle you choose, buy 1 or 2 and try it out in the NICU to see if they will feed from it.
Good luck with the bottle feeding. It can get challenging so just take your time and know that one day it will just "click". Everyone said that to me and I didn't think it would ever happen and it did...out of no where:)
