I am always fatigued, always dreadfully tired. I can not get motivated to do anything what so ever, but I can not sleep! idk why. I am up at least ten times a night to use the bathroom. but I can not sleep. I toss and turn and am up and down. Then I have to go to work and all I want to do at work is hide so I can nap. Im nearly falling asleep at work but when I get home I can not get any amounts of good rest... I can fall right asleep but cant stay asleep. Does anyone have any advice?

I can't tell you why this is the case, but for some women its just normal.

I'm feeling the same way right now, I pee a ton at night and I have a hard time staying asleep, to help me get back to sleep though I listen to my podcasts on my phone of either my favorite morning radio show or dr laura. If you have relaxing music that might help too or a boring book.

Yup I am right there with you. I am 7.5 weeks and expecting twins. That might be my issue. lol TWINS!!! But I am also very exhausted and I have a hard time sleeping. I took wake up lots to pee in the middle of the night. Its only hormones this early on and should disappear around 12 weeks. Your body should adjust. Work is exhausting and too wish I could nap through out the day. Do you find you wake up and start thinking about stuff? I do and that is why I can not stay asleep.

i wake up thinking its really late in the day.. I work thirds so i sleep during the early morning/ afternoon. I will wake up thinking its 8 or so at night and that I have overslept. then I will get up... pee again... and start getting things done and finally look at the clock and realize its only 11 or 12 in the morning/afternoon and i cant get back to sleep :(

I am really bad at sleeping, and it gets worse when I'm pregnant. I was so fatigued that my doctor recommended Unisom, Tylenol PM, and once and a while Ambien. I can sometimes sneak in one good night's rest using those. I always try to back off on drinking fluids when it gets closer to bed time. Then I'm waking up less. Good luck, I hope you get some good sleep soon!

I found that reading a VERY boring book helps me to fall back asleep, might want to try it
