I'm not far along, my due date is 4 August, however I am running into a problem.
I was diagnosed with insomnia years before I got pregnant, and usually take medication. However I stopped my medication when I found out I was pregnant. Now I'm back to not sleeping.
I don't fall asleep for hours, and wake up every 40 min or hour.
Yoga, working out, reading, listening to music, meditation, hot shower/bath, massage, and all those other things JUST DON'T WORK.
It's been nearly 2 months of this non-sleep. I can feel it wearing on me a lot.
I'm taking prenatal vitamins, eating healthy, I don't drink caffeine, I eat protein and veggies and try to keep busy when awake. I'm just not sleeping.
Any ideas? Help?

Waiting for an appointment with an ob/gyn.
Maybe your OB can get you something that you can take with your pregnancy for it? See if you can get them to move your appointment up since you're having troubles.
Pre pregnancy I was taking Ativan and ambien on alternating nights. I quit the Ativan when I got pregnant and didn't sleep on the non-medicated nights. Insomina is a real thing.
