Yes, I know that every pregnancy is different, but I am having very painful breasts with this pregnancy. With the last one, the discomfort came after the baby was born and I started breastfeeding.
My bra size right now is only a 36B, so I shouldn't be this uncomfortable. I feel I need to wear a bra even when sleeping. Can anyone recommend a good place to find one?

So I definitely feel your pain. What I found works best for me, is a nursing bra. They are specifically made for the painful tenderness breasts you can get while breastfeeding. I got one that is a little too big, to give me more room to grow. I found one for $20 at Walmart.
