I get that a lot. My docs never worry about it. Could it be from low blood sugar? Did you eat? You have little bean sucking up all your nutirents... amake sure you are feeding yourself.

My doctor says it's completely normal. I've even seen stars and felt like I would faint, but sitting down and breathing helped me to feel better. I agree, make sure you're eating enough, and if you don't recover after resting, then definitely call the doctor just to be on the safe side.

i got that a lot about the same time in my pregnancy because i was pushing myself too hard at work. is your job physical? are you on your feet a lot? i learned that i just needed to slow down and worry more about myself than the work that needed to be done. i now do my job about 10x slower but i don't get to the point where i nearly faint anymore! this was also when my working environment was 90+ degrees so i think that had something to do with it as well..

I had this happen before. I have had it where everything goes black. I can still hear but I can't see anything. When I asked my doctors about this and what I could do they asked me about the amount of protein I was eating. They had also referred me to a nutritionist that asked the same question. Once I started to increase my intake of protein those dizzy spells went away. Protein actually stays in your body longer and can be broken down into several forms of sugar in the body (naturally). When I am out and about, I try to take some peanut butter crackers with me. I have also been known to carry a jar of peanut butter with me. Nuts, cheese, yogurt, milk, eggs and meat are also great forms of protein.
