I am completely the same! I am 23 weeks and the thought of it just freaks me out... I am just so tired anyway and it just feels wrong to do it in some way... Instead we have been doing 'other things'! Which he is fine with and so am I. My midwife said to me the othrer day that there are more ways to be intimate than sex and I think those are wise words!!

about 1/4 of the way into my preg my H decided that he did not feel comfortable having sex anymore...at this point neiter do i...it did upset me for a while because i was just figuring that it was cuz i was unattractive to him. that is not the case...but that is what i was thinking. I would love for hime to try but like u i wuld shut hm down.

I'm 20wks, my and my boyfriend have sex still, and I do not think that will change during my pregnancy. We probably do it 3 to 4 times a week. I find my self having a very high sex drive. But in case I may not be able to have sex, I should research "the other things".

BTW I really dont have any advice, our bodys are all diffrent as our minds are. I read somewhere if you get stuck in a rut the only way to get out is to just start having sex again. And also read that when you don't want to have sex is the best time to have sex, it gets you out of the no sex thing. When you start having sex your body starts craving the chemical it creates again, I dont realy remember what its called sorry.

I seem to have a high sex drive my H does not seem interested. We have sex once a week or every other week. I would have it more.

hmmm....well, i have a low sex drive but ...my husband needs some attention...not only that but if anyone haas ever read the power of a praying wife whoa is awsome it made me realize to not be selfish about sex, u just got to read it! but yes it is hard to get myself there but when i do it is fun and i am thankful that we had our time together...and he releases his testosterone so they get less crabby :)

We are still having sex about once a week, sometimes twice!! What a huge change from TTC when we were at it nearly every day.

I've just gotten to the point (almost 32 weeks) that it's getting to be uncomfortable and difficult to have sex. I went through a time around 4 or 5 months that I wanted to do it a lot, but now I'm down to just keeping my man happy :)

Of course, he did admit the other day that sometimes he starts thinking about the baby being there and it totally creeps him out - so he's not really trying to have sex as much as he usually does.

Im almost 35 weeks and we have it about 1x a week maybe 2 if hes lucky, I have somewhat of a sex drive but everything is uncomfortable, now with my other 2 we had sex till i was 40 weeks and i had no problems and was in the mood. Just depends on the pregnancy and how your body is doing , ive had almost no sex drive the whole 8 months but i do it here and there to keep him happy

I would like to have it more often, but every time we get into it I find the positions are weird or all I can think about is the baby jiggling around in there, and he keeps thinking he is squashing the baby. He NEVER initiates sex either, so it makes me feel unattractive even though I know I am still sexy at 29 weeks
I am nervous that if we stop doign it now. we will REALLY stop when the baby comes....

With my first preg, my sex drive was through the roof and we did 'something' every day!
This is my third preg and we have maybe had sex 6 times in the past 8 mths!! I actually find myself wanting it more than he has time to offer, but that is ok...he is working and in school full time.

My hubby doesn't initiate either, and I do, he is absolultely not about to do anything involving penetration. He's a big guy and he's convinced he's going to squash the baby. We do those "other things" as well, but I miss the real deal. OK let's be honest - at 36.5 weeks I"m not really missing it as much as the IDEA of it.

You know as you get bigger, more hugs, kisses and loving words are important, too. Make sure your guys know that even if you're not "doing it" you still need to feel desired and loved.

When I first found out I was pregnant I refused to have sex until I was out of the 1st trimester,but then my sex drive kicked in and I wanted it more. Well I popped out way early I mean I was 18 weeks with a huge baby bump so it was super hard to get comfortable and "enjoy"it for myself.Well I finally found a position that feels great and I can "enjoy" Thank God because I need my stress reliever.We have it like once a week maybe once every two weeks.Just glad to be active again because before the comfortable postion find we only had sex like 7 times in 7 months.
PS my husband doesnt want it because of the baby :) he says its all mental and its hard for him to get excited.I think he is getting better now. YAY

I love to have sex... Its the greatest thing in the world... But my husband, let me tell you, I am lucky to get it once every two weeks and it sucks. I would have sex everyday and 2 or 3 times aday if he would just give it up... But i dont hold my breath... Its funny how when a guy wants it, we have to give it up, but when we want it,well thats a different story..

I am almost 36 weeks and every position is uncomfortable except for hands and knees and most of the time I am too tired to even do that. We have sex 1 time a week probably but I offer hand jobs every now and then so he doesn't get too put out. All I can say is I am ready to have my body back!!!!!
