Hey everyone =)
Ok, this is getting really hard and I just need to vent. I have had emetophobia (fear of throwing up) for about 10 years now. I am a little over 10 weeks pregnant and have been lucky to just get away with being nauseous. Food has always been a struggle for me, because of this. I've been doing good and eating very well. But last night I ended up feeling sick and panicky so I took a xanax right away. If I didn't it would of been much worse. I ended up dry heaving for about 15-20 minutes. Now I'm scared to eat again. TERRIFIED to eat again. I'm hungry, but am in tears when I even look at food now.

Have you spoken to your doctor? I have no experience with this but I suffered horrific sickness and whether I ate or not didn't matter, I would be sick on an empty or full stomach. I sugest you make an appointment with a doctor, this must be really hard for you. In the meantime, how about eating light food, like a yogurt, ice lolly, soup etc... Or some healthy shakes, smoothies that kind of thing. Also have little and often, just have enough to satisfy your hunger. I wish you all the best, I can't imagine how difficult this must be!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
