We are 17 weeks today and hubby said he can see a difference in how my tummy looks when I sit down (it rolls out over the top of my jeans more). But the other thing is that I've lost about 6 lbs (as of last weeks appt). Between having HUGE food aversion issues and not being interested in sweets anymore then I'm not too worried about the weight loss and I'm guessing it's compensated for the baby weight gain. I'm actually kind of hoping to "hide" it as long as possible and hoping my long torso will prevent too much "popping" cuz we haven't told anyone yet, don't plan on telling anyone for a while. But the big reason I'd like to keep things as far from extreme as possible is the price of replacing my whole wardrobe!!!! Not only would it be everyday clothes but it would have to be any over clothes I need. Our winters are COLD - like 20 below zero at times, with ALOT of snow, so a pair of jeans isn't enough to get by with, but I really don't want to buy a pair of $130 coveralls, plus a new $150 jacket, etc. Would love to be able to fit in hubbies covies/jackets and maybe find a few things at the Goodwill/Salvation Army to tide me over.
