Other than that, I found the ONLY thing that *actually* helped was waking up and eating when my body wanted to (usually around five in the morning) and then staying up, and eating just about every two hours. I never thought I'd get a nauseous feeling that could only be helped by eating, seems so back asswards, but that's really the only thing that helped - not sleeping in and eating at the very first sign of hunger.
Good luck!!!
PS I heard toast helped a lot of girls but I didn't do too much toast. Keep in mind it probably won't last the whole pregnancy. I haven't puked in over a week! (hope I didn't just jinx that...) I'm coming into my second trimester ^_^
Should get better in the next month.
I just bought the ginger tea bags at the store. Someone at work told me I should get the root and boil it. Maybe that is the next thing to try. As with my previous pregnancy, I get queasy but never throw up.
Thanks everyone for the advice. I got at least another month of this...
My doctor also recommended using Seabands (usually used for motion sickness) but I haven't tried it yet.
