Usually if you are wearing a padded bra, it's not so bad and will absorb into the bra but you can also wear nursing pads if you need them.
DO NOT pump or over-stimulate your nipples as this can lead to pre-term labor.
Just celebrate that your body is gearing up to give your baby the greatest gift of all!
sometimes I just let it flow at night. I never get more than a quarter-sized wet spot and it's usually dry by the time I get up in the morning.

Pretty much wearing a bra is a must if you can geet the washable breast pads they are great! And good luck.
How exciting to know things are working there though! Apparently you can buy washable breast pads, but they don't keep as good of shape. Check your maternity stores or breastfeeding area of the hospital.
